Are your items really handmade?
Yes — every item is handmade by Linda herself in her Ohio home studio. Nothing is mass-produced or drop-shipped; the person who designs your item is the same person who sews and embroiders it, packs it, and ships it to you.
What kinds of products do you sell?
Linda makes felt quiet books and busy books for toddlers and preschoolers, felt pretend-play sets, embroidered sweatshirts, badge reels, dog poop bag holders, pencil toppers, lip balm holders, finger puppets, tooth fairy pillows, and ornaments. Many designs can be personalized with a name or number.
How long until my order ships?
Almost everything is made to order, so please allow about 14 days for your item to be made before it ships. That making time is what lets Linda personalize items and sew each one just for you.
Which carrier do you ship with, and how long does delivery take?
Orders ship via USPS, and you can choose between USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail at checkout. Delivery time depends on the service you select and where you live — USPS gives you the estimate and tracking once your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship within the United States and also to Canada and Australia.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, and customers pay for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Can I personalize an item?
Yes — many of our products can be personalized. Popular options include a name embroidered on a sweatshirt sleeve, a jersey number on the back of a sweatshirt, and names on tooth fairy pillows and ornaments. If a product offers personalization, you'll see it on that product's page.
How do I add a name or number to my order?
Type the name or text exactly as you'd like it stitched into the personalization field on the product page, or leave it in the order notes at checkout. Please double-check the spelling before you order — Linda stitches exactly what you enter.
What ages are the quiet books for?
Our felt quiet books and busy books are made with toddlers and preschoolers in mind. They're soft, screen-free activities designed to build fine motor skills and keep little hands busy through play, at home or on the go.
Do you sell on Etsy too?

Can I request a custom item or a color you don't list?
Yes — Linda takes custom orders and enjoys collaborating on personalized items and new ideas. Use the contact page and tell us the product you're interested in, your personalization details (such as names or colors), the quantity, and any date you have in mind. Quite a few of our listings also mention that other colors may be available on request, so it's always worth asking — we can't promise every request, but Linda is happy to talk it through.
